Practical Details
Payments, changes and cover
Everything below is confirmed in writing before you pay anything.
Deposit
A deposit confirms your dates and camps. The exact amount is stated in your quote.
Balance
The balance is due before arrival, on the date shown on your confirmation.
Payment methods
Bank transfer and card payment. Payment details are issued with your invoice.
Changes
Dates and accommodation can usually be adjusted, subject to camp availability.
Cancellation
Terms are set out in your confirmation and on our terms page before you pay.
Insurance
Comprehensive travel and medical insurance is required for every guest.
