When you send an enquiry we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country of residence, travel dates, group size and any preferences you describe.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Payment instructions are issued separately once a booking is confirmed.

We use your details only to answer your enquiry, prepare an itinerary and quotation, arrange your travel with the accommodation and service providers on your itinerary, and stay in contact with you before and during your journey.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

To arrange your journey we share the minimum necessary details with the camps, lodges, airlines and park authorities on your itinerary.

We may share information where we are legally required to do so by Tanzanian authorities.

Enquiry correspondence is retained while your travel plans are active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and reference purposes. You may ask us to delete your details at any time.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the email address below and we will respond.
