Quotations are based on the itinerary, dates, group size and accommodation described at the time of quoting, and remain subject to availability until confirmed in writing.

A booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit and issued a written confirmation.

Deposit and balance amounts and due dates are stated in your quotation and confirmation. Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer.

Park fees, government taxes and levies are set by the Tanzanian authorities and may change without notice; any increase applying to your travel dates will be passed on at cost.

Requests to change dates, accommodation or itinerary are accommodated where possible, subject to supplier availability and any supplier charges.

Cancellation charges apply and are set out in your written confirmation. We recommend cancellation cover as part of your travel insurance.

Comprehensive travel and medical insurance, including emergency evacuation cover, is required for every guest. Kilimanjaro climbers must ensure their policy covers trekking to 6,000 metres.

You must follow the instructions of your guide, park regulations and camp safety briefings at all times. We may end a guest's participation where behaviour endangers others or wildlife.

Please tell us about medical conditions, dietary needs and mobility requirements before travel so we can plan appropriately.

We act in good faith as the organiser of your journey and select suppliers with care. We are not liable for loss or disruption caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, road conditions, wildlife behaviour, airline schedules, illness, strikes or government action.

Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. Please ask before photographing people, and respect any request not to be photographed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
